About Membeship Club and Account

Q1. Why I have to join the membership club before buying the products?
After buying our products, you can login and check the status of your order. The membership club policy ensures a better follow up process and let us provide a tailor-made service.
Joining our membership club is free of charge. Breath makes the required information in the application form as few as possible, you only have to enter a valid email address and the password.
Moreover, Breath ensures that your information is totally protected and we only send you our e-newsletter with your approval.


Q2.What if I forgot my password?
Your email is your login name, if you forgot your password, please click 'Forgot your password?' in the 'Login' panel, and enter your email address, our system will send you an email to confrim to reset password, you can click the URL in the email to confirm the process. A new password will be sent to your email address.


Q3.How to change the password?
Please login and click the 'Change Password' in the 'My Account' panel. Enter your current password, new password and confirm the password, and click the 'Update Password'.


Q4.How to change my personal information?
Please login and click 'Edit Profile' in the 'My Account' panel, enter your new personal information and click 'Update Profile'.


Q5.How to check my transactions?
Please login and click 'Transactions' in 'My Account' panel. It has 3 parts in the transaction:
1) Pending Transactions
The completed transactions on the Web will be stated in the 'Pending Transactions' section. Breath's shop administrator will approve the transaction if the payment is confirmed. If the payment is transfered through the Bank or ATM, the buyer must enter the bank reference code into the textbox and press update.
2) Approved Transactions
Breath shop administrator confirms that the payment was paid and starts to send the products to the buyer.
3) Rejected Transactions
Transactions will be stated in this area if the buyer can not pay the amount 5 days after the confirmed transaction on the Web.


 

 

About Return of the Goods

Q1. If the product has a defect or the product is not my ordered one, how to change or refund?
Breath has a quality control team to ensure the quality of each product. If our buyer gets a defective or a wrong product, Breath will exchange it within 7 days (starting from the day delivered to the buyer). Breath will bear the processing and delivery fee.

But the returned product must be in good condition with full package (the product, package, delivery note, receipt and other related materials), otherwise, the returning process will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service before returning.

We do not accept returning of good for the reason that is too subjective (such as don't like the shape, different from my expectation...).



Q2.How long it takes to return or refund of the products?
Returning of the good depends on the stock availability, normally, we will deliver the new good within 3 working days (after the returning process is confirmed). The received date depends on the delivery form and country.

If the product is out of stock, buyer can choose to refund.

For the cheque and bank-in payment, we will transfer back the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.

For the Paypal payment, we will transfer back the amount to your Paypal account.

The refundable amount includes the total amount (includes delivery fee) of the buyer paid in the transaction only , other dervied payment (such as the transaction fee of Paypal) in the transaction is not included.



Q3. Tips to return or refund of the products
A person, who likes to create, knows that the creation process is not a simple task. The creation of the Breath's product, from design, manufacturing of even a slightly portion, requires an enormous amount of time and effort to complete. Therefore, we advice everyone to check clearly before returning the products. Except that the product is really a defective one, returning the products because of a minor problem in the package or the expected color is slightly different from the product image resulting a wastage of resource.
